Service Contributions
Your contribution amount depends on the type of services you receive:
Clinical Support – No contribution required.
Includes nursing, allied health, and medication management.
Independence Services – Moderate contribution.
Covers personal care, home modifications, transport, social support, and respite.
Everyday Living Services – Higher contribution.
Includes shopping support, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and gardening.
Financial Situation
Your income and assets help determine your contribution:

Full Age Pensioner – Minimum contribution

Part Pensioner / Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holder – Moderate contribution

Self-Funded Retiree – Higher contribution
Services Australia assesses your exact rate (e.g., full pensioners pay 0% clinical / 5% independence / 17.5% everyday living; higher earners pay more up to 50–80%).

Minimalny czas trwania usługi wynosi 30 minut, a następnie są wydłużane o 15 minut.
Usługi opieki bezpośredniej trwające 30 minut są rozliczane w wysokości 65% stawki godzinowej
Nocleg: 12-godzinna usługa nocna od 18:00 do 6:00 rano, obejmująca aktywną opiekę od 18:00 do 22:00 i okres nieaktywności od 22:00 do 6:00 rano. W razie potrzeby opieka może trwać do 2 godzin w okresie nieaktywności.
