Do I have to contribute?
You might be asked to pay a portion of the cost for your services.
How much you contribute will depend on:

Any remaining amount is covered by government funding, which helps keep your care more affordable.
Service Contributions
Your contribution amount depends on the type of services you receive:
Clinical Support – No contribution required.
Includes nursing, allied health, and medication management.
Independence Services – Moderate contribution.
Covers personal care, home modifications, transport, social support, and respite.
Everyday Living Services – Higher contribution.
Includes shopping support, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and gardening.
Financial Situation
Your income and assets help determine your contribution:

Full Age Pensioner – Minimum contribution

Part Pensioner / Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holder – Moderate contribution

Self-Funded Retiree – Higher contribution
Services Australia assesses your exact rate (e.g., full pensioners pay 0% clinical / 5% independence / 17.5% everyday living; higher earners pay more up to 50–80%).

Thời gian phục vụ tối thiểu là 30 phút, sau đó tăng dần mỗi 15 phút.
Dịch vụ chăm sóc trực tiếp trong 30 phút được tính phí bằng 65% giá theo giờ
Ngủ qua đêm: Dịch vụ ngủ qua đêm 12 giờ từ 6 giờ tối đến 6 giờ sáng và bao gồm chăm sóc tích cực từ 6 giờ tối đến 10 giờ tối và thời gian không hoạt động từ 10 giờ tối đến 6 giờ sáng. Có thể cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc lên đến 2 giờ trong thời gian không hoạt động nếu cần.
