Support at Home Program

Support at Home Program which replaces the Home Care Packages are designed to make home care accessible for older Australians. The government-funded program empowers eligible older Australians, empowering them to continue living at home independently. The government funded program offers a variety of services tailored to your assessment needs.

If you are over the age of 65 years and require additional support at home, you can apply for Support at Home Program by requesting an assessment through the government body My Aged Care, either by calling them at 1800 200 422 or applying online.

 

If you think you only need a low level of support – perhaps only one or two services, you may not need a Support at Home Program. You may be more suited for help at home through the Commonwealth Home Support Program. For further information please visit myagedcare.gov.au website directly below click on link.
