Do I have to contribute?
You might be asked to pay a portion of the cost for your services.
How much you contribute will depend on:

Any remaining amount is covered by government funding, which helps keep your care more affordable.
Service Contributions
Your contribution amount depends on the type of services you receive:
Clinical Support – No contribution required.
Includes nursing, allied health, and medication management.
Independence Services – Moderate contribution.
Covers personal care, home modifications, transport, social support, and respite.
Everyday Living Services – Higher contribution.
Includes shopping support, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and gardening.
Financial Situation
Your income and assets help determine your contribution:

Full Age Pensioner – Minimum contribution

Part Pensioner / Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holder – Moderate contribution

Self-Funded Retiree – Higher contribution
Services Australia assesses your exact rate (e.g., full pensioners pay 0% clinical / 5% independence / 17.5% everyday living; higher earners pay more up to 50–80%).

Die Mindestservicezeit beträgt 30 Minuten, danach gibt es 15-Minuten-Schritte.
Direkte Pflegeleistungen für 30 Minuten werden mit 65% des Stundensatzes berechnet
Übernachtung: 12-stündiger Nachtdienst von 18:00 bis 6:00 Uhr, einschließlich aktiver Betreuung von 18:00 bis 22:00 Uhr und einer Ruhezeit von 22:00 bis 6:00 Uhr. Bei Bedarf können während der Ruhezeit bis zu 2 Stunden Betreuung bereitgestellt werden.
