Do I have to contribute?
You might be asked to pay a portion of the cost for your services.
How much you contribute will depend on:

Any remaining amount is covered by government funding, which helps keep your care more affordable.
Service Contributions
Your contribution amount depends on the type of services you receive:
Clinical Support – No contribution required.
Includes nursing, allied health, and medication management.
Independence Services – Moderate contribution.
Covers personal care, home modifications, transport, social support, and respite.
Everyday Living Services – Higher contribution.
Includes shopping support, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and gardening.
Financial Situation
Your income and assets help determine your contribution:

Full Age Pensioner – Minimum contribution

Part Pensioner / Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holder – Moderate contribution

Self-Funded Retiree – Higher contribution
Services Australia assesses your exact rate (e.g., full pensioners pay 0% clinical / 5% independence / 17.5% everyday living; higher earners pay more up to 50–80%).

न्यूनतम सेवा समय 30 मिनट है, उसके बाद 15 मिनट की वृद्धि होगी।
30 मिनट की प्रत्यक्ष देखभाल सेवाओं के लिए प्रति घंटे की दर का 65% शुल्क लिया जाता है
रात भर सोने की व्यवस्था: शाम 6 बजे से सुबह 6 बजे तक 12 घंटे की रात भर की सेवा और इसमें शाम 6 बजे से रात 10 बजे तक सक्रिय देखभाल और रात 10 बजे से सुबह 6 बजे तक निष्क्रिय अवधि शामिल है। ज़रूरत पड़ने पर निष्क्रिय अवधि के दौरान 2 घंटे तक की देखभाल प्रदान की जा सकती है।
