Do I have to contribute?
You might be asked to pay a portion of the cost for your services.
How much you contribute will depend on:

Any remaining amount is covered by government funding, which helps keep your care more affordable.
Service Contributions
Your contribution amount depends on the type of services you receive:
Clinical Support – No contribution required.
Includes nursing, allied health, and medication management.
Independence Services – Moderate contribution.
Covers personal care, home modifications, transport, social support, and respite.
Everyday Living Services – Higher contribution.
Includes shopping support, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and gardening.
Financial Situation
Your income and assets help determine your contribution:

Full Age Pensioner – Minimum contribution

Part Pensioner / Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holder – Moderate contribution

Self-Funded Retiree – Higher contribution
Services Australia assesses your exact rate (e.g., full pensioners pay 0% clinical / 5% independence / 17.5% everyday living; higher earners pay more up to 50–80%).

Los servicios están exentos de GST
El tiempo mínimo de servicio es de 30 minutos, seguido de incrementos de 15 minutos a partir de entonces.
Los servicios de atención directa por 30 minutos se cobran al 65% de la tarifa por hora.
Servicio de pernoctación: servicio de 12 horas de duración, de 18:00 a 6:00 horas, que incluye atención activa de 18:00 a 22:00 horas y un período de inactividad de 22:00 a 6:00 horas. Se pueden brindar hasta 2 horas de atención durante el período de inactividad, si es necesario.
